If you are certain that the hose is clear, then you could have an internal clog or a problem with the agitator. A weak or failed suction motor could also cause this problem. I provided access information for this type of vacuum cleaner in the image below. You can use that information to access and check the internal components. Be sure that the vacuum cleaner is unplugged before accessing internal components.

If you need parts, you can order them from the Sears website.

If you get to a point where you need to have a service technician repair this failure, you can carry the vacuum into your nearest Sears Store or Sears Repair Center.
