HI Gerry93. Since the link is throwing an error, can you describe what the causes can be? I am having a similar issue in that the motor stopped while vacuuming. Unplugging the unit and allowing for the motor/fuse to cool is not solving the problem. Where exactly is the fuse located? I was looking at the blow-out diagram on another site but it is not clear where the fuse is actually located and/or how to pull the motor housing out safely. Thanks! Tina

With caster wheels there are two different types of caster wheels. There is threaded, and steam caster wheels. With threaded there going to twist off, and steam there just going to pull off with some force.

Q:

no suction and will not turn off without unpluging (116 27514700) 11627514700

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I am sorry to hear of the issue you’re having with the canister vacuum. I know how frustrating that is.

Normally when the vacuum won't turn off unless you unplug it, the pc board has failed. This board can also cause the suction issue. There is also an in-line fuse assembly that could prevent the suction motor from coming on. We would recommend having these components tested to ensure they are at fault. I wouldn’t suspect the switch initially, until those other components are ruled out.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.
