The instructions you attached are so small cannot read. Tried enlarging, but then they are blurry and cannot read. Thanks

Thank you for your question on the removal of the swivel wheel on the base of the canister.

This swivel is pressed in place at the factory.

To remove it you will need a couple of large flat bladed screw drivers and slide them up under the swivel on both sides and pry to pop the wheel out of the base. It will take some prying pressure to get it to pop out.

It will usually break off the plastic tab on the wheel swivel so you will not be able to put that one back in and it will require a new swivel wheel assembly.

I hope this will help you with the removal of the wheel.

Sam, thx 4 taking time to answer my question. The model that I have referenced too locks the swivel wheel using a plug with molded tabs and a pin in the center of the plug, which prevents tabs to collapse toward the center. I used 5/32 dia x 1 long flat punch and easily pushed out the pin from inside the canister. It came out at the wheel. With pin out of the way I pry out the wheel out using small crowbar. The wheel pop out scratched but reusable. Thank Again thx for the advise
