Q:

Substitute part for #816407 polyrib 2step pulley 3.5" for 113.248510 Craftsman Bench Saw 113.248510

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when needing a part for your Bench Saw. I did look into the model number you have provided and I do apologize the part you need is no longer available by the original manufacture to purchase. After 5-10 years manufactures stop producing parts for certain units. I do show your unit is from 1987, in which, will explain why your part is no longer available.  You may be able to locate a used part by using the part number and searching your favorite search engine. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.

A:

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the saw. I searched for the dimensions of the step pulleys for your model but they are no longer available. The pulleys for the one speed model are as follow. The large pulley is 3 1/2 in diameter and the motor pulley is 1 and 3/4 in diameter. They do not list the shaft size for each. You should be able to measure the shaft to determine the bore size. The pulleys are multi V pulleys and should be able to be purchased at a local farm and fleet store. I hope one of our other members that have this saw can measure the pulleys and reply below.

Thank you for using Manage my life. Mark
