I don't show a replacement that will work for your machine. You may try googling the part number and see if you can possibly find one for sale online somewhere or perhaps on Ebay. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll be out of luck unless you happen to find a machine like yours that someone has up for sale for cheap, then you can rob parts as needed.

Q:

band saw blades

A:

I can appreciate your wanting to resolve this situation.  If you are throwing the blade off, I would first suggest getting a new blade. Then I would check the wheels for any alignment issues by trying to see if for some reason the wheels are not tracking.  I have located a link that will discuss your situation in more detail.

responding within the next two business days if not sooner and will likely offer you more information and
instruction. I hope this will be helpful to you and have a nice day.

It should be incorrect tension and improper set up and incorrect blade. Tune up your band saw, check the tires and the quality of the blade. My Haltbar blade works well. Check yourmanual too, adjust the guides and bearings.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are having a problem with the Craftsman band saw model 113.244501  If the blade keep coming off I recommend checking the blade guides first. Just be sure they are adjusted per the instructions in the manual. If the guides are fine, the problem could be the bearings in the wheels are worn. To check for worn bearings remove the blade and wiggle the wheels. If there is any play in the wheels, the bearings should be replaced. If the bearings seem fine, I recommend replacing the tires. The part number for the tires is and can be ordered from the following link. Replacement tire part number 817911 for Craftsman band saw model 113.244501.   I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.  Thank you for using Manage my life.  Mark.
