Handwheel (key 42) for Craftsman Table Saw 113221611.
Washer (key 40) for Craftsman Table Saw 113221611. (Comes in a pack of 8.)
Push nut (key 41 - 2 required) for Craftsman Table Saw 113221611.
Pan Screw (key 44) for Craftsman Table Saw 113221611
. (Comes in a pack of 8.)

Unfortunately the lockwasher (key 43) is no longer available. If the original handwheel is still there, you should be able to reuse the part.

I went to Lowes, bought Anderson crank handles for windows, about $6.50 each. Drill out to 3/8". Works fine if you're not a heavy user.
