I have a feeling that you will just need to switch the toggle to 240Volt in order for it to work. But since the terminal board is not the same, I really cannot be certain of that. The company that made this machine was bought out several years back and now there is no real technical support for these older products.

I do wonder where the orange and brown wires are connected on the terminal boards now. I do think your hunch that the motor was replaced at some point is correct.

I'm still doing some digging around on this machine to see what all I can find out. I do believe some of these models also had a recall on them. I have attached a link below with information regarding that situation.

Yes, they have a recall but it has noting to do with the motor. It's a safety recall. You can get an updated blade guard, handle, table and fence. No one seems to know about whether or not this particular model number (113.197751) qualifies, however.
