Q:

specs on radial arm saw model 113.197701 113197701 Craftsman Craftsman 10 inch radical saw

A:

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. I looked up the model number you submitted. I suspect this model is a 1982 model. I could not find the manual for the exact saw but did fine one that is very close. Click here to load the manual for model 113197702  I am not sure what the original price was for this saw. Please keep in mind the age of the saw when you purchase it. Some of the parts are no longer available.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for using Manage my life.

Thank you for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about the model number of your Craftsman Radial Saw. And thank you for providing me with the part number and the motor model number. I will be happy to help you find the correct model number.

Model numbers are used to identify the parts that comprise the complete product. Unfortunately, in this case, the model number of the motor will not help us identify the Radial Saw since the motor is a part of the saw, not the saw itself. The part number 63607 that you gave comes up as the part number of a motor used on radial saws. Did you get the part number off of the saw?  In some cases we are can do a reverse search with a part number to see what models that part was used on. In this case, I was able to locate at least four models of Radial saws using this motor. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to tell if there are even more models that were never cross-referenced.  The models I found are 113.197070, 113.197701, 113.19771, and 113.197751.

It is always best to get the model number directly off of the saw itself. There are a couple of places the model number could be located. Check the underside of the table, the support frame and the support legs. It could also be on the underside of the arm assembly or any place on the base assembly. It will be on the same label as the serial number for the unit. Do not look for the model number on the motor because any numbers on the motor will pertain to the motor only. The format for our Craftsman model numbers is always three numbers, a period and then five to eight more numbers.

If you do not find the label on the radial saw, then we may still be able to locate the model number for you. If you are the original purchaser of the saw, or know who was, contact our PartsDirect department, either by going to www.SearsPartsDirect.com and click-to-chat or by calling 1-800-366-7278. With the name, phone number and/or address of the original purchaser, we can see if the radial saw is listed in that individual's product list. Do NOT respond to this thread with your personal information as this is a public forum.

I hope this answers your question. If I can be of any further assistance, please respond to this thread. Thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business.
