A:

ManageMyLife does not have access to parts for Canadian appliances nor can we troubleshoot Canadian products. Your expert can answer this in more detail. That is why you do not have the ability to register by Canadian zip codes.

Hi,

Thank you for asking this question and allow me to answer it this way.

When you say off, you mean the power is on and the dryer is not on a cycle. This means the display is lit up. But the dryer is not running. So turn the power on and follow the directions that you listed and you should be Ok.
Sears is formed like this Sears USA: Sears Canada so on and so forth. ManageMyLife is Sears USA. All the things listed in the websites are for USA products. An example is the model 110.C68062801 the C stands for Canada. And you model will not run in our systems. For me to look up a part for your dryer I must use a system called Canadian LIS then take that part number and put it in the USA LIS system and look the part up from there. The way to get some information downloaded is to drop the C off the model number and it becomes 110.68062801 and there in the USA manual the instructions are the same.

I hope this answer is useful and that it helps you correct the problem with your appliance.
Thank you for using ManageMyLife.

Gary - Should it be mine I would follow all the other 'summer lay up' instructions in the appropriate manual but leave the oil change until just before the first use next winter.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

With less than one hour of run time on the engine it is not necessary to change oil until it reaches 5 hours of run time. I would wait until it reaches the 5 hour mark to change the oil.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post
