Q:

stacking kit washer/kenmore 110.49962 60n and dryer/ kenmore 110.97872601, and stacking kit/#8541503

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The dryer will be the unit that is stacked. The dryer stack you're looking at is the correct kit, and will include installation instructions. I do believe the leveling legs will be removed during the stacking, but the instructions will walk you through it. It will be at least a 2 person job, and basic tools will be needed. It will be a simple process.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Q:

why wont my kenmore elite h3 dryer not heat up? model #110.97872601 110.97872601

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your dryer. Upon researching model 110.97872601; look at the igniter to see if it’s functioning. If not then it could be the high limit thermostat. The igniter needs to reach a certain temperature before it will signal the gas valve to open. The igniter could glow but not reach the right temperature.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.
