When this problem happens the problem is usually with the flame not being adjusted correctly for propane.

You don't mention is this is a new problem or not but there are a couple of other things to check.

If the machine has been working fine then the propane conversion is most likely okay.

This problem can be caused by a restricted vent so one thing to try is to simply remove the vent hose from the back of the dryer and see if there is any improvement.

One other trick is to bypass the hi-limit thermostat that sits on top of the burner tube. If the flame is hitting the thermostat or if the thermostat reacts to quickly to the heat the flame will short cycle.

To bypass the thermostat you remove the two wires and join them together. Remember to unplug the dryer first.

Try these things and reply to me with any additional details for further assistance.
