Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.com. I understand how frustrating it is to have a dryer not heating. We are here to help. Priscilla did provide a good link to help you get started.

The first thing you need to do is verify the gas supply is turned on. The next thing to do is remove the bottom panel in the front of the dryer to see what is happening. The toe panel removal instructions is provided in the image below. You need to turn on the dryer select a high heat setting then lay on the floor and observe what is going on. Do you see the ignitor glow? If not the ignitor, thermal fuse and high limit thermastat need to be checked with a multimeter. If the ignitor glows the next thing that happens is the radiant sensor detects a glowing ignition. Next the flame should appear. Does the flame come on for a few seconds and go out? Please respond back to this thread so we can help you fix the gas dryer.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. You may visit SearsHomeServices.com and click on the red Start now button.

Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. We are always here to help.
