Is there a down-loadable trouble shooting guide or chart for 11097466200. I am experienced with a volt meter but I don't know where all these parts are. I still think that the dryer not turning off at cycle completion is significant because this problem wasn't present before the lack of heat started. Does the timer control when the gas is ignited? Does the lack of a gas flame cause the timer not to turn off after cycle completion?

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to know how to fix the dryer with a no heat problem.

I would suggest that you check the thermal fuse in the burner circuit. On a gas dryer the even if the thermal fuse is open the dryer will run unlike an electric dryer.

I would first fix the igniter burner problem and if the dryer timer will not shut off in time dry then you can replace the timer.

I have given you an image of how to get to and test the thermal fuse on the dryer below.

If the thermal fuse is good then you may need to replace the igniter on the burner assembly.

I hope this will help you with the no heat gas dryer.

Thank you for using Manage My Life.
