Thank you for your question.  I am sorry for the problem with your Kenmore 110.96572130 Electric Dryer

If an electric dryer runs at all then the thermal fuse is likely okay.  From the description you give I suspect the problem is the motor.  In a few cases the problem might be low voltage from the outlet under a load.  The voltage might check okay with a meter when the dryer is not running but the voltage may drop once the dryer starts running.  This particular dryer has no belt switch so one thing to try would be to take the belt off the motor and see if it runs longer with no load at all.  The image below will show how to rais the top and remove the front panel to access the belo.  Unplug the dryer first.  You can reply below with any additional details or questions for further assistance.
