Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

You did not indicate if the washer will run in order to drain water nor did you indicate if the washer will actually agitate when running in the wash cycle. If the motor is running and it will not agitate or spin but only drain then it likely has a broken motor coupler. If it will not operate at all in any of the drain and spin cycles then it likely has a broken lid switch. If it will drain water and agitate but not spin, then it may have a clutch, gearcase or basket drive failure. If you feel confident in repairing your washer yourself I added a YouTube video showing how to access and replace the motor coupler and a video showing how to replace the clutch . If you need a lid switch, it can be removed and replaced after removing the washer cabinet. The lid switch is mounted under the top and held in place with two screws. The videos will show how to remove the cabinet. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing your washer. I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Okay, my washer will run water into the drum and begin to wash the load but when its time to rinse, spin, and drain there's no noise, no draining, and no spinning.
