A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your washer and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 11092195800 and the control panel is non serviceable. The parts diagram does not list a fuse. From your description I would suspect that the display or control board itself has failed. I recommend having a service technician properly diagnose the problem. I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.

From what you’re describing I suspect a faulty dispenser valve. Water should flow through the dry detergent dispenser first for 2 minutes before filling the tub. The only way to confirm the diagnosis is to check the voltage to the valve during the test cycle. To start the test press & hold no key while pressing preset memory pad. You should get “88” in the display for 5 seconds & then “00” will be displayed. Press soak to send 120volts to the detergent dispenser valve. If the valve has a slight hum but does not operate the valve is faulty & will need to be replaced. Please see the image provided below for the test instructions. Remember to use extreme caution when checking voltage & to disconnect power when accessing the unit or replacing parts.
