Thanks for the information about your dryer model 110.86561…. that does not heat. Sorry you have replaced parts that did not solve the problem. When you say it does not heat, that to me means there is no heat produced at all by the dryer. If this is correct in your case then I suggest first testing to be sure that a full voltage supply is coming into the dryer. At the terminal block where the power cord connects you should have approximately 240 volts ac reading across the two hot lines._Always disconnect power supply before servicing the appliance and when testing live voltage be sure to wear proper safety equipment (gloves and eye protection) also be aware of sharp metals on product_If there is not correct voltages, check your double breakers for the dryer as one may be tripped. Reset and retry for heating. If there is correct voltage to the dryer then you will need to test the components that are associated with the dryer heating element. I have attached a wiring diagram for you convenience, start at the heating element and work back until you find the open circuit/component. I hope this help you solve the problem, should you need additional assistance please reply with more details and I will be happy to respond. If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H
