I am sorry you are having a problem with the washer. By what you have stated the washer will not operate at all. If the washer will not make any noise, I recommend checking the outlet first. Unplug the washer, plug a lamp in, and see if it will work. If the lamp works, there is a problem with the washer. Try the washer in all cycles. If the washer does not do anything, I would suspect a timer or wiring problem. To diagnose the washer you will need to some live voltage checks with a voltage meter. If you have a meter and know how to safely make live voltage check, please reply below and I will be happy to assist you further.
