Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the washer. A few different things would cause the washer not to drain. The first thing to check is the belt. To access the belt you have to unplug and pull the washer out. Then remove the back access panel. Once the panel is removed, you will be able to see the belt. If the belt is broken or loose, you have found the problem. The first image below shows how to replace the belt. The belt can be ordered from our parts website: Sears Parts Direct .

If the belt is fine, carefully plug the washer in and turn the timer to drain and spin. If the motor is running and the pulley is turning the problem is either a plugged hose or defective pump. You will have to check all of the hoses. If the hoses are clear, I recommend replacing the pump.

Depending on the condition of the washer, you might consider a new washer. Please click here to see the model we offer.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for using Manage my life.
