Question and Answers

Q:

Out of balance 11081863130 Kenmore Automatic washer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your washer. Upon researching model 11081863130; there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub. The springs help stabilize the drum. It sounds like the springs are worn out.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day.

Q:

Why is my Kenmore washer not agitating in the normal cycle?

A:

It sounds like what your describing is a bad timer. The only way to confirm the diagnosis is by checking the voltage with a meter coming out of the timer going to the motor or replacing the timer. I recommend replacing the timer part number 661549.

Please see the image provided for more information.

Other possibilities; wiring harness or motor.

If you decide to perform voltage testing & have a meter please get back with us on this.
