A:

Thanks for contacting manage my life about your washer model 11072665110; sorry you are experiencing a problem, I will be glad to assist you. Based on your description of draining while in the wash cycle, then refilling I suspect the internal function of the water pump may be the issue. Here are a couple things to verify; if the drain hose is accessible, observe if water is draining while the washer is refilling if it is then it is syphoning not draining and relocating the drain hose should solve the problem. The drain hose should be at a height equal to the top of the washer (lid area)  and it cannot be installed into a drain pipe tightly(must fit loosely in stand pipe) If the water only drains when the agitation is taking place then either the pump is bad or the bypass valve is bad on your washer. (Most comon is pump)  The bypass valve assembly is no longer available for your washer due to age. I hope this helps, if you need more help reply with added details and I will be happy to respond.  If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services.Ron H.
