Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. Joseph has provided you with good information. There are several parts that aid your dryer in heating. The other parts that assist your dryer in heating are the thermal fuse (3392519), operating thermostat (3387134), high limit thermostat, thermal cut-off. There are two thermostats for your unit. There is the operating thermostat and the high limit thermostat. If you've relaced the high limit thermostat, you'll want to replace the thermal cut-off and vice versa. The two parts work together and come as a kit, part number 3399848. The diagram below will provide you with the locations of the parts. If you have an ohms/volt meter you can test all these parts for the proper continuity to see which as failed. You'll want to disconnect both wires from the components and test them at room temperature for a proper reading. All the provided components should give you an ohms reading of zero. You can order parts from our Sears Parts Direct web site. I hope this helps. Please reply back to this thread if you require further assistance. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
