But if one of the number above are correct then the belt part number for both models is Part 341241. This is a substituted belt because the orginal is no longer available. I am assuming the motor is not running on your dryer. For the element to heat without the motor running the element has to be shorted to ground and heating on 120 volts through part of the element.

I am sure that the motor is not running because the thermal fuse is also blown.

These parts can be accessed from the rear of the dryer. You can remove the element and see where the coil is broken. The thermal fuse needs to be checked with an ohm meter for continuity.
