Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Based on your symptom and details I suspect a faulty thermal fuse. A faulty thermal fuse will prevent the motor from starting by breaking the voltage supply between the timer and the motor. I added an image below of the wiring diagram and circled the thermal fuse. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the back panel and testing the thermal fuse.

The thermal fuse can be accessed from the rear of the dryer. The thermal fuse can be disconnected and tested for continuity using an Ohm meter. I added a video showing how to access and replace the thermal fuse.

The thermal fuse #3392519 for Kenmore dryer model 110.62702100 can be ordered from Sears Parts Direct. I also added an image showing how to test the thermal fuse using an Ohm meter.

This may be the issue. If not, please reply and I will be glad to assist you further.

Here is a link to a previous question on a dryer like your with the same problem; No heat . In my answer I cover all of the things that need to be checked. the wiring diagram for your dryer is exactly the same as well. You can disregard the breakers if you are sure the outlet is good.

Here is a video that demonstrates replacing the motor on a dryer like yours; Video . Always unplug or de-energize electrical equipment before removing covers or attempting service. Be careful and wear appropriate hand protection when working around sharp metal parts. The dryer in this video may not look exactly like yours but the procedure is basically the same.
