Q:

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH MY WASHER 110.47561603

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer is not working properly.

You will need to test the parts with an Ohm meter to determine if your pump is bad.

Pump Motor Continuity Test:

Pins 1 to 2-  Normal = approx. 12.3 ?
Abnormal = Infinity

Motor Continuity Test:
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Disconnect the wire harness from the motor and
measure the resistance of the motor. Use the following
table:
Pins Results
1 to 2, 2 to 3, 1 to 3
Normal = approx. 6 ?
Abnormal = Infinity

You can also visit searpartsdirect.com for parts, diagrams, and repair information.

Hi Natasha. I will see if I can get it tested as I don't own an Ohm meter. If the pump is okay, would the next step be looking at the pressure switch? Or could it be the main control board? Thank you.

Hi there, Sorry to post my issue to this thread just not sure where else to post it. I have the same model as the other customer above and my issue is the water very very slowly drains into the drum from the soap dispenser. It will overflow, out from under the soap dispenser if I don't stop it in time. Similar to this guys issue here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFEQsJ-vLxw Something is probably stuck in there but when I look in from the drum at the rubber liner to see if a sock is stuck in there, it doesn't peal back from what I can tell. There anyway to peal this rubber liner back? Thank you kindly!
