DIAGNOSTIC TEST

The complete built in service diagnostic module contains two
entry modes and three modes of operation.
Entry modes:
? Universal mode across all products. It displays error history
prior to performing any automated test.
? Quick entry and bypasses the displaying of error codes.

Starting Diagnostic Test and bypassing the Service
History Mode:
Execute this procedure with an empty drum. All of the steps below must be done in sequence in order to reach the Diagnostic Test. This executes the automatic test but does not show the error history.
? Close the door.
? Push CONTROL/ON.
? Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle.
? Push 2nd Rinse Option 4 times within 5 seconds. (If 2nd Rinse is not present on this model, press Extra Rinse four times within five seconds.)
? Push 2nd Rinse to advance to the next step of the test
procedure.
? If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL
touch-pad, then repeat the starting procedure.

Q:

Leaking Washing Machine 110.4751

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your washer and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 11047511700 and it sounds like you have leak and will need to determine where the leak is coming from. It is possible that you will need to disassemble part of the machine to verify where the leak is coming. Determining where a leak is happening without actually being near the machine is a bit challenging. It is possible that the water that should be entering the dispenser is being pushed out due a clogged line.  I trust this information will help you.

Thank you for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com.
