Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "F25" fault code will display if the control is unable to detect the motor speed. If this code displays intermittently then there is likely a loose wire connection at the motor, motor control or at the central control. A loose intermittent connection can be very difficult and time consuming to locate. You will need to disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the lower access panel and top and checking for loose wiring connections. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer. I added images below showing how to remove the top and lower access panel.

 It sounds to me like your water valve may be failing causing the leak in your washer. 

The water inlet valve is a great place to start when having the issue with the water being left in the tub.it seems like the valve is not closing properly allowing the water to leak into the tub.

8182862 is the water valve.
