Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the washer. I suspect the problem is a leaking fill valve. To be sure, you can unplug the washer when it is not in use. If the washer still fills with water, I recommend replacing the water valve. The part number for the valve is 8181694 and cost about $50.00. The cost to have it replaced is $129.00 in most areas.

If you would like to replace the valve yourself, it is not very difficult. First, unplug the washer and follow the instructions in the image below.

I hope this is helpful.

Please let me know if you need further assistance with this issue.

From what you're describing it sounds like the spin basket rear support may be loose. The support is part of the spin basket & does not come separately. This type of repair will more than likely need the spin basket replaced & possibly the outer tub also. The spin basket has a lifetime warranty & the outer tub has a 10 year warranty for Mfg defects. The customer will need to pay for labor, usually around $200.-$300. Another possibility is the rear outer tub bearing. This is a major job that requires a complete teardown. If you decide to make the repairs yourself please get back with us on this for instructions.

The first responder's link is helpful but not for this model.

Q:

Why is error "F06" occurring at the same point in the rinse cycle and sometimes in the wash cycle?

A:

Since you have already replaced the drive motor we should be able to eliminate a possible tachometer/motor issue with the new motor. If there are no loose connections between the motor, motor control unit (MCU) and the machine control board, the failure will either be the motor control board or the machine control board. It is more likely to have intermittent problem within the motor control board rather than the machine. The motor control may have a loose or cold solder joint on the printed circuit board. The service manual would not provide any other added information or troubleshooting that what I added in the image below. In the image below of the wiring diagram circuit of the motor you will see pins 4&5 which is the tachometer signal to the motor control board. I recommend making sure that these two wires have a good and tight connection.
