Q:

Washer flashes a code F H 110 45081401

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com and being a valued member. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your washer and I do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. I'm looking at your model number 11045081401 and even though your washer is filling okay, you can still get the FH error code if the water is not detected filling up the tub. First, be sure the drain hose is not down in the stand pipe too far, the drain hose should only be in the stand pipe about 4-5 inches & secured at the location. Other possibilities are; cold water turned off or too low, pressure switch, pressure switch hose & air dome. There is nothing wrong with your washer. Your washer has an ATC (Automatic Temperature Control). The ATC electronically senses and maintains a uniform water temperature. The ATC regulates incoming Hot and Cold wash water. The ATC is automatically turned ON when a cycle is selected. In wash water temperatures colder than 70 degrees detergents do not dissolve well.  Soils may be difficult to remove. The cold rinse temperatures depend on the cold water at your faucets. Cold wash fill temperatures will be regulated.

The HOT water must remain on to regulate the Cold water temperature or "FH" error code will display. NOTE: Not all Modifiers are available with all cycles and options.

When the HOT water is shut off, the washer will display "FH" because it does not see any HOT water flow when it calls for HOT water. IF you leave the HOT water ON the washer will not display "FH" error code and it will operate as designed. The Auto Temp Control ATC (Auto Temp Control) electronically senses and maintains a uniform water temperature. ATC regulates incoming hot and cold water. The ATC is automatically turned ON when a cycle is selected.  ATC ensures consistent cleaning.
ATC works for the wash temperature with Extra Hot/Cold, Hot/Cold, Warm/Warm, Warm/Cold, and
Cold/Cold settings. The Cold rinse temperatures depend on the cold water at the tap. For the Tap Cold/Cold setting, both wash and rinse temperatures depend on the cold water at the tap.

The Warm rinse setting regulates the water temperature at approximately 104°F (40°C).

The HOT water must remain on to regulate the Cold water temperature.

I trust this information will help you.
