Your machine was manufactured by Whirlpool and is essentially a rebadged 'Duet'. With that in mind the manual at the following link may prove useful: - https://secured.whirlpool.com/Service/SrvTechAdm.nsf/2cd44500d572193285256a45004fd9d6/eab852a13fbc842085256aa200643dd6/$FILE/Duet ,,, additionally the link below will give you the meaning of the error codes for Duet washer, some of which are not shown in the manual. From your description and the fact that the pump has been changed I believe your problem may be due to one of two basic causes. 1. Debris round the Eco valve, page 3-10 of the manual refers. 2. A defective water level switch (pressure switch) or the tubing leading to it, pages 3-3 and 4-6 of the manual refer. The first item is relatively easy for a DIY person to accomplish, the second can be a little more difficult. Before you attempt any internal repairs please ensure that the machine is electrically isolated (unplug it). Normally for your symptoms i would suspect a clogged filter but as you say the pump has been replaced I am concluding that the repairman checked/cleaned the filter. In any event before you check the filter or the Eco Valve I would recommend that you try to remove as much water from the tub as possible: to do this obtain (borrow if you do not have) a WetVac and put its suction hose into the discharge pipe from the washer closing the gap between the two with your hand. This will not work if the filter or the Eco Valve are totally blocked and you will get large quantities of water on the floor, BE PREPARED. plenty of rags or old towels. Should you check the filter and Eco Valve yourself please let us know what, if anything you find and let us know if you would like to try the repair of the pressure switch yourself. Should you elect to perform this last task yourself, the problem may not be switch itself but its wiring or the tubing leading to it. Anyway us know and we will try to be f more assistance. Good Luck.

Thank you for your question on the error codes on the front load washer.

The SUD and the F2 are related to the same thing.

The SUD is a suds build up and when the washer displays this code it is going into a suds removal routine to rinse out excessive suds.

The F2 is long drain time and again it is related to the pump not being able to pump out the water because of excessive suds (air bubbles) in the machine.

I would suggest only using HE style detergent and if you are reducing the amount you are using currently.

Because of its age you may have a soap build up on the inside of the machine and need to put it through a clean cycle a couple of times without clothes.

If you have hard water it may have a mineral build up that needs to be cleaned out.

You should be able to find a product call Affresh in the supermarket that will help with cleaning your machine.

If you have soft water you will really need to reduce the amount of detergent you are using.

Since the technician replaced the pump he would have checked the drain sump for any draining restrictions.

If you think this is not the problem then please let me know and we can continue troubleshooting the problem.

Please let me know how it works out.
