From reviewing the details on your model, the only thing I can think of that would cause a tub to drop down would be a broken shock absorber. I would recommend opening the washer and inspecting all the shock absorbers to make sure there intact if there’s some that are broke replace the absorbers. 

Safety Warning: Before beginning the repair, disconnect the direct power supply to the washer to prevent the risk of injury or any electrical shock.
