These new energy saving water saving washers can be tricky to diagnose. They don't work like the washers we had previously.

For instance. This washer will agitate before it starts to fill. It does this to sense the resistance of the cloths which is uses to calculate how much water to use. This "load sensing" is part of the new technology to use less water.

During the first two minutes of the spin cycle you will get a spray rinse. The spray rinse is only during the first two minutes of spin. If the washer spins and stops then adds water then there is a timer problem.
