Question and Answers

Q:

washer does not spin sometimes 11029522800 Kenmore Residential washer

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer is not working properly.

It sounds to me like your clutch may be going bad causing the unit not to spin out all the water and leave the clothes wet.

The main part to cause your unit to not spin out is the clutch assembly.   The clutch assembly makes the connection between the transmission and the inner tub. It is designed to allow the tub to get up to the proper spin speed gradually.

285785  is the clutch part number.

water control 110.29522800

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer is not working properly.

You may need to test your temperature switch and the water valve.

W10184148 the temperature switch controls the temperature of the water coming in the unit.

The inlet valve will need to be tested for continuity. More then likely it is your temperature switch.
