Q:

skips rinse cycle 11027622790 Kenmore Automatic washer

A:

Hello, glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. We, at Sears, value your service.

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when the washing machine skips the rinse cycle.

Glad to help out.  I’m looking at your Kenmore washer model number 11027622790.

Sounds like 1 of 2 problems.   I would take a meter and see if you have continuity flowing through the lid switch.  This problem sounds like it will either be a lid switch or the timer problem in not advancing as it should.

I would check with the lid switch first because it is easier to do and cheaper.

Please "RESUBMIT ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS IF THERE IS ANY OTHER PROBLEMS".

Thank you for your understanding in this matter and I hope we can help you with your future questions and repairs.  Thank you for choosing Sears and using our SearsPartsDirect.com.

Q:

My washer will not operate on the rinse or spin cycle and will not release the water from the tub, the wash cycle works fine 11027622790 Kenmore Automatic washer

A:

Thanks you’re for choosing searspartsdirect.com. Let me look into the information and put your mind at ease. Looking at the information, I’m showing that the main issue with your washer would be the timer. It sounds like the wash cycle is still working but when the timer goes into the rinse or spin cycle it will not go. This is how timers go out. I would recommend replacing the timer; this should resolve your issue. Hope this information has helped you out. Again thanks for choosing searspartsdirect.com
