The model number you provided is not being recognized in the system as a valid model number. I was able to find a manual for model 110.27332600, that should work for your model. There are times when a manual covers several models that may not all have the same features. Looking at the parts list diagram for this washer, I am not seeing any type of dispenser. I provided you with a link to the parts list diagram below. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I do not have a clear understanding of the symptom. If water is entering the washer and it doesn't fill, the water must be siphoning or draining by gravity. If the drain hose is stuffed to far down into the stand or if the drain hose is lying on the ground, water will gravity drain. If the drain hose is fitting too tight in the stand pipe and there is no air gap between the hose and stand pipe, water can siphon out.

This may be the issue. If not, please reply and I will be glad to assist you further.

Q:

Why are the clothes still wet after the complete wash cycle is over.

A:

I’m sorry, without a model number I will not be able to provide you with specific information. If the load is unbalanced, the washer will not spin up to full speed. If the pump is going out, this could cause the washer not to spin out good. Please resubmit with a model number so we will be able to help you on this issue.
