Q:

Agitator 11026901692 Kenmore Automatic washer

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your Kenmore washer.

From the information you have provided above, I can understand the frustration of having your washer malfunction, after researching model number 110.26901692. from the sounds of it, it can be a few parts you may need to replace. The first I would suggest replacing will be the agitator cam. These are little gears at the top of the agitator that allows it to agitate. If the gears are stripped there will be no agitating. the part number for the cam is 285810. Another part to check into or replace will be the motor coupler. This part is pretty much the same as the cam but it runs off the motor and it connects the motor to the gear case. The coupler part number is 285753A.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business, have a great day.

Thank you for your question. I know diagnosing washer issues can be challenging. I am assuming the washer does agitate? If it is not progressing through the cycles, it is a good idea to check the lid switch and timer. If you set the timer to spin/ drain, does that work? There is a neutral drain test that may help in this case.  See the image below. It may point out if there is a gear case issue with this washer. Please reply with additional information about results. You can check parts for this model and view the parts breakdowns at Sears Parts Direct. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. The issue isn't with the washer being able to complete a wash cycle. So, yes the unit will run fine with nothing in it. The problem is when there items in the wash, they're getting suck under the agitator when they shouldn't. The issue is with the agitator. I recommend following the suggestions you've been provided with. I hope this helps. Please reply back to this thread if you require further assistance. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
