Question and Answers

Q:

washer leaks water inside tub 11026852503 Kenmore Washer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be happy to help with your washer. Upon researching model 11026852503; it could be the water valve. The water valve controls the water going into the unit. The timer signals the valve to open. I recommend calling our repair department to have a tech diagnose the unit.

Thank you for choosing Sears. We appreciate your business. Have a great day

Q:

The motor does not turn on 11026852503 Kenmore Washer

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. I regret to hear that you are having issues with your washer and do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number 11026852503 and from your description it sounds like the timer may be bad. The motor will usually out live the machine. If you pull the timer and advance it a couple clicks then push in or repeat until it catches and works (bad timer) or you reach the end of the cycle and nothing happened it is possible the motor switch is bad.

I have included a link to our PartsDirect page where you can purchase the part you need to complete your repair. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page.
