Q:

What is wrong with a Kenmore model 110.2673502 washer when it won't spin or agitate?

A:

For most Kenmore washers this problem can be caused by a broken motor coupler.

Most newer Kenmore washers do not have belts but there is a motor coupler that connects the motor to the gearcase. A symptom of a broken coupler would be the washer might drain but it wouldn't agitate or spin.

The coupler is something that can be changed as a do-it-yourself project.

The image below shows how to remove the cabinet to check this. The 285753A motor coupler is available at the following site: Sears PartsDirect .

I hope this information is helpful to you but submit another question with any additional details for further assistance.
