Check your drain hoses to see if kinked or clogged.   Check to see if drain spout is clogged
Is there alot of detergent suds?   Make sure using the specific amount and type.
There is a pressure switch/hose.  Make sure it is cleared out.   (maybe clogged).
Motor has a switch that may of overheated.

Turn breakers off again.   Do so for 8 to 10 minutes.  This sometimes restarts the clock as it was new.

Q:

How to get access to top control panel? 11026652503 Kenmore Residential washer

A:

Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when needing to replace the timer on your Washer. I did look into the model number you have provided and I have found instructions that will assist you in your repair.

1.      Turn power off to the unit and water supply.

2.      Remove the two screws. Usually located on the front or rear of the control panel. If your unit has a trim cover you will need to remove. If you have springs clips you will need to slip a putty knife underneath the release.

3.      Once you have the screws removed slide control panel forward about half inch and lift it back over the back of machine.

4.      Get needle nose pliers and hold onto the opposite center of the timer and pull the knob off the other side.

5.      Disconnect the two wiring harnesses. Small screw driver to release tab and pull off timer.

6.       Lift the plastic locking tab up and you are now able to remove the old timer.

7.      Install your new timer and follow the steps in reverse to install new timer.

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.
