Most likely something got knocked loose on the move.

The washer will fill up and agitate once or twice before it stops.

If the motor stops then there may be a loose connection to the motor.

The problem may be more serious and be a transmission problem.

I suggest you first remove the cabinet of the washer to take a look. The image below will help you with this. Unplug the washer while removing the cabinet.

Once the cabinet is off and the washer is unplugged check the connections to the motor. You can also check the motor coupler is not broken. The image below will help you with this.

If caution is used the washer can be plugged in and ran with the cabinet off. This may help you see what is happening.
