Thank you for choosing Sears Parts Direct. I will be more than happy to help with your washer. Upon researching model 11022622100; the symptoms that you describe for the washer are normally caused by a bad lid switch. Q:

Kenmore Washer

A:

Thank you for being Sears’ valued member and for contacting SearsPartsDirect.com with your question about your Kenmore washer. I am so sorry it keeps draining through all the cycles and will not fill up. We will be happy to help you with this however, without the model number of the washer I will only be able to give you general information.

There are a few issues that could keep the tub from filling. I recommend you start by check the drain pump. If it has failed and is stuck open, the water will never be able to fill the tub. If your washer has a main control board, it could be the problem. This part controls the fill valves, the drive motor and the drain pump. If it is faulty, it could also cause the issues you described. We will need the model number of your washer to determine if there are other parts that need to be checked.

SAFETY WARNING: Disconnect the power supply before beginning your repair to prevent the risk of electrical shock which can result in property damage, serious personal injury or even death. If you are not comfortable completing this repair, you can set up service at www.SearsHomeServices.com or by calling 1-800-469-4663 (1-800-4MY-HOME).

I hope this answers your question. Thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business.
