I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your washer. There are several components that can cause this to happen. These will include the control broad, the keypad, the motor, the wiring harness, or the lid switch. This will depend on whether or not the washer is powering up and if it is filling or not. The images below will provide the testing information you need for this model. They will show you how to determine which component is the issue. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Q:

my washing machine doesn't spin and drain 11022032100

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your washer will not spin or drain.

The first part to check would be the lid switch. If the lid switch is not making contact then your unit will not spin.  I have attached the information to bypass the lid switch to test to see if it works or not.

I recommend checking the lid switch first and then going further to diagnostics if that does not work.

You can also visit searpartsdirect.com for parts, diagrams, and repair information.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thank you for your question. Have a great day.
