I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your washer. The lid switch on your washer will allow the washer to fill and agitate but it will not allow it to spin. I recommend checking the lid switch for this problem. If you have already replaced the coupler you have removed the cabinet and should have access to the lid switch. The switch should have a gray and tan wire on it. If you have a volt/ohm meter you can check continuity across the two terminals with the switch closed. Remember to unplug the power cord first.
