I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is problems with the washer.
 
Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Kenmore Washer model number 11018532790.

On the top half of the auger is a cam-driven piece.  It has 4 dog clips that stick out and does the agitation of the clothes.   That is what I would assume you are needing.  I have it on the link below.

Cam-driven with the 4 dog clips for the model
