This could be an issue with the water level switch, timer, motor, or wiring. The diagnosis of this issue will require the use of a volt/ohm meter.

I have looked up the model number you have submitted. This model does not have agitator dogs. If you are having a problem with the agitator, I recommend removing the agitator and check the splines on the shaft and the agitator. If the splines are fine, reassemble the washer and check the spin cycle. If the washer spins fine, I would suspect a defective transmission. If the washer does not spin, I would suspect a broken motor coupler. I have provided you with the instructions for accessing the coupler on your model in the images below. Please make sure to unplug the washer before any service.
