That model is an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. According to the information that I have for that model, it uses a 230 volt power supply and has an outlet cord like the one shown in the image below. I recommend that you look for a replacement air conditioner that uses that type of power cord so that you don't have to change the outlet. Here is a direct link to Sears.com for a current Kenmore model that matches your current model 106.9751852: Kenmore 18,500 BTU Window Air Conditioner . That model of air conditioner uses the 15 amp, 230 volt power cord that is shown in the image below. Here is a direct link for the installation guide on that type of air conditioner: Installation Instructions .

This information should help you select a new air conditioner to replace that model 1063.9751852. If you need more assistance, let us know.

Thank you for your question.

I can understand wanting to oil a squeaky fan motor.

Most of the newer small motors are sealed and do not have oil ports.

You may be able to take the motor apart and add oil but usually you will need to replace the motor. Sometimes if the unit is smaller it is less expensive to replace the unit than replace the motor.

The part number for the fan motor is: 1183429 for about $133.00 plus shipping.

You will not find service manuals but you will find owner's manuals but they do not help with servicing the product. You have to be a servicer and pay a subscription fee to get technical service manuals from the manufacture.

I am sorry that I could not help you more.

Thank you for using Manage My life.
