I know it can be frustrating when the dispenser doesn't work properly. Low water pressure can be the result of a clogged filter. This model does not show to have a filter, unless it has an add on, inline water filter. If it has not been replaced for awhile, I recommend replacing the water filter, which can be purchased at SearsPartsDirect . If the pressure is still low, it could be low pressure to the refrigerator. This can be checked by first, shutting the water supply off and taking the water line loose, at the inlet valve behind the refrigerator. Now place the end of the water line in a bucket and open the water valve. If the water comes out slow, a plumber may be needed, to check the water valve and supply. If the pressure seems ok, the most likely problem will be with the water valve # 2188542.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . I hope this helps.
