Your refrigerator does not have door closers on the top hinges. I suggest you replace the lower door closer cam.

You can order the cam at Parts Direct the part number is 2155311, and the price is $5.49 each.

If you have more questions, reply on this thread and I will be glad to help.

Q:

Why is my icemaker not working for my Kenmore refrigerator, model number is 1069547611?

A:

Core Issue: Why is my icemaker not working for my Kenmore refrigerator, model number is 1069547611?

Resolution: Assuming that you have made sure the icemaker is turned on, check the temperature in freezer section.

  • Normal freezer temperature should be 0 - 5 degrees fahrenheit in order for icemaker to produce ice.
  • Low water pressure can also cause for icemaker to stop working.
    • Water pressure to refrigerator should be at least 30 psi. You can check for adequate water pressure and flow. If you already have a refrigerator installed which has a water dispenser, you should be able to dispense about 3 to 6 ounces of water in about 5 seconds from your dispenser.
    • Replace water filter every 6 months, or sooner, as needed (depending upon water conditions).
    • Kinked tubing - Re-route plastic tubing to remove kink. Copper tubing cannot be unkinked.
  • Fill tube frozen- fill tube freezing shut, will not allow ice maker to make ice. Moisture accumulation in fill shut with subsequent icemaker fill cycles.
    • Fill tube can be located on ice maker, fitting tube dropping down to ice maker. To correct problem, defrost fill tube by place warm cloth around it, until it becomes soft and flexible. After defrosting fill tube, allow 24 hours for ice production to resume.
