Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.com. I understand how frustrating it is having trouble with the door bins falling out of the refrigerator. We are here to help. I suspect the pin plate needs to be replaced. That is what the bins snap into. The part numbers are 2196165, and 2196166. The first one is a 2 pin plate, and the second one is a 3 pin plate. If that does not help, you can also use the bin repair kit. The part number for that part is 4318285. The only other solution if neither part helped, is a new door liner. The part number for that part is 4317806. I hope this helps.

If your bins are held with plastic round pins that are built in the door go to the hardware and purchaseclear tubing and cut a piece a little longer than the pin and slide it on like a sleeve. Problem fixed. It cost me .59 cents at the hardware and under 2 minutes to fix.

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem. I'm attaching the wire diagram but unfortunately, the owners manual is no longer available. If the light on the freezer door is not working and a new light bulb has been tried, the light switch will need to be checked. To check the switch, remove the dispenser cover (second image) and you will have access to the switches. Disconnect power to the unit and now connect the wires on the light switch together and make sure they do not touch anything. Reconnect the power and if the light works, the switch # 814037 will need to be replaced.

This icemaker has some test terminals on the module that may help determine what the problem is. To access the terminals, pull the front cover off of the icemaker. The terminals will be marked (see picture) and using a well insulated jumper, place it between the L - V terminals. Be careful this is a hot (live) check. With the jumper in place, water should flow to the icemaker. If water does flow, the icemaker # 4317943 will need to be replaced. If no water flows but you can hear a humming noise, the water valve # 4318046 will need to be replaced. If nothing at all happens, some voltage checks will need to be made. A technician may be needed to make these checks. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
