The answer Alina F sent gives good information for testing the icemaker.

You can also turn the icemaker off for 3-4 hours. Open the freezer door and hold the plunger on the freezer light switch in as you lower the ice sensing arm to turn the icemaker on.

The icemaker should go through a harvest cycle and fill with water at the end of the cycle. You should be able to see where the water is leaking from when the icemaker fills.

On something like this I recommend replacing the complete icemaker assembly part number 4317943. Please see the troubleshooting & diagnosis sheet provided in the image below for testing your icemaker. N to M should not be jumped. T to H is what starts a cycle.
